4. Quotations and Payments

• Full payment must be made as agreed before service commencement unless otherwise arranged and documented in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To prevent delays and penalties, you agree to:

• Submit all required documents (invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, permits, etc.) promptly.

We are not responsible for penalties or delays arising from inaccurate information or incomplete documentation provided by the client.

6. Liability and Insurance

We take every reasonable precaution to handle your shipment safely. However, please note:

• Our liability for any proven claim shall not exceed the service fee charged for the specific shipment (excluding duties and taxes).
• We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage arising from force majeure events (such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or unavoidable customs delays).
• Clients are strongly encouraged to arrange comprehensive cargo insurance for additional protection covering the full value of the goods.

7. Customs and Regulatory Compliance

All shipments are subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures as required by Tanzanian authorities. We act only as your agent in processing customs documentation. • Undelared perishable or hazardous substances (unless pre-approved with required permits).
